Sellers

Your home deserves more than a listing.

Preparation, pricing and presentation decide how a sale goes. Here's how each is approached.

How your sale is handled.

Pricing strategy

Pricing is a strategy, not a guess. We look at comparable sales, current competition, condition and timing, then set a price with a clear plan for how to respond to the market's feedback.

Property preparation

Small, targeted work usually returns more than large projects. We prioritize what buyers notice first and what shows up in photographs.

Professional marketing

Every home gets a considered presentation: accurate description, clean visual materials and a launch plan appropriate to the property and price point.

Photography

Professional photography is arranged for the listing. Any virtually staged or materially altered image will be clearly disclosed alongside the photo — never presented as an unaltered photograph.

Distribution

The listing is syndicated through the MLS and the channels available through Grewal Real Estate, so it reaches buyers and their agents where they are already searching.

Offer evaluation

We review every offer on its full terms — financing, contingencies, deposit, timelines — not only the headline price.

Negotiation

Negotiation continues after acceptance, through inspections, appraisal and repair requests. The goal is to keep the transaction on track without giving away ground unnecessarily.

Closing

Escrow coordination, disclosures, buyer walkthrough and recording, with clear updates on what's happening and what's needed from you.

Commission and marketing terms are negotiable and set out in a written listing agreement.

Home valuation

Curious what your home could sell for?

Start with a conversation and a thoughtful look at your property, neighborhood and current market.

Street, city and ZIP if you have it.

This is a request for a conversation and a manual review of your property, neighborhood and current market conditions. It is not an instant, automated or guaranteed valuation, and it is not an appraisal.

Thinking about making a move?

Tell me what you're considering. No pressure — just a conversation.
